The ultimate application for technology, all technology, is a conversation with a human. The interaction between technology and humans is a two way conversation. By overlooking the human-to-product part of this communication we ship less than ideal products.

As decision makers for products, we should learn from the research of human sciences. This talk will explore key product takeaways within highly relevant topics from the field of cognition and neuroscience. By taking time to understand how the brain works, we can create product solutions that promote respectful, dynamic, and engaging conversations with our end users.
