Tuition and Scholarships

Tuition

The Jake Jabs Center offers competitive tuition rates to students and an easy graduation application process. Some Jake Jabs Center courses also have a reduced tuition from CU Denver Business School courses.

Graduate Tuition for 2026-2027:
  • Resident: $795 per credit hour or $2,385 per course
  • Non-Resident: $954 per credit hour or $2,862 per course
Undergraduate Tuition for 2026-2027:
  • Resident: $467 per credit hour or $1,401 per course
  • Non-Resident: $1,295 per credit hour or $3,885 per course

When registering for ENTP courses, you MUST select the “Extended Studies” campus instead of “Denver Campus.”


Scholarships

The Jake Jabs Center is committed to helping students achieve their entrepreneurial goals. CU Denver students who are enrolled in an entrepreneurship program (degree, certificate, minor, or specialization) and are taking at least one entrepreneurship (ENTP) course can apply for the “Jake Jabs Center for Entrepreneurship” scholarship listed on the CU Denver Scholarship Portal (ScholarshipUniverse). More than $150,000 is available for our students through the Daniel and Janet Mordecai Foundation Scholarship in Entrepreneurship.

Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate:

  • You MUST both be:
    • Currently enrolled in an entrepreneurship program (BSBA major, minor, or certificate) AND
    • Enrolled in at least one ENTP course in the semester for which you apply
  • You MUST have submitted an up-to-date FAFSA/CAFSA.
  • Otherwise, our scholarships are open to degree, non-degree, resident (in-state), out-of-state, and international students.
  • If you drop an ENTP course before the census date, you will lose any ENTP scholarship award amount received for that course.
  • ENTP scholarships CANNOT be applied to study abroad courses/programs (even those related to entrepreneurship).

Graduate:

  • You MUST both be:
    • Currently enrolled in an entrepreneurship program (master’s degree, MBA specialization, or certificate) AND
    • Enrolled in at least one ENTP course in the semester for which you apply
  • You MUST have submitted an up-to-date FAFSA/CAFSA.
  • If you drop an ENTP course before the census date, you will lose any ENTP scholarship award amount received for that course.
  • ENTP scholarships CANNOT be applied to study abroad courses/programs (even those related to entrepreneurship).
Application Requirements

All students must apply through the CU Denver Scholarship Portal (ScholarshipUniverse). The following items of information will need to be provided:

  • Your full name and current CU Denver Student ID #
  • Your current CU and transfer GPA (if applicable)
  • The ENTP courses you are taking this semester
  • 3-4 short essay questions
