This is the story of how Rosenberg Bagels and Delicatessen walked through fire, and came out a better business for it. Early on, founder/owner, Josh Pollack endured long conversations with his insurance guy. Those conversations resulted in an insurance policy that enabled Josh to keep his employees, brand and business running strong even after the storefront was closed due to a devastating fire. This is the story about planning ahead, listening to advice and choosing the right support system.
