Here is how to apply and add an entrepreneurship degree, minor, specialization, and/or certificate during your time here at CU Denver:
Undergraduate
BSBA with an Entrepreneurship Major:
To declare an Entrepreneurship Major for your Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, you must meet with your undergraduate advisor at the Business School.
Entrepreneurship Minor:
To complete the minor, you need to take three required entrepreneurship courses and two elective entrepreneurship courses (five courses in total). You must be an undergraduate CU Denver student with at least a 2.00 cumulative GPA and a 2.00 cumulative GPA within your entrepreneurship (ENTP) courses to receive the minor. If you’ve already taken the equivalent of one or more of these courses at another university, other high-level business courses may be substituted with the approval of the Business School.
You must meet with your undergraduate advisor at the Business School to add this to your degree plan.
(Undergraduate) Entrepreneurship Certificate:
Our undergraduate certificate is intended to help anyone with a high school diploma expand his or her business knowledge. You do not need to have completed an undergraduate degree by the time of admission. You can also be enrolled at a different university and still receive this certificate. Undergraduate credit earned for this certificate can be later applied toward your undergraduate degree at CU Denver and other universities. Non-CU Denver students can apply as a non-degree undergraduate student here. If you have questions, please email our admissions team at bschool.admissions@ucdenver.edu.
For current CU Denver undergraduate students, you must meet with your undergraduate advisor at the Business School to add this to your degree plan.
