There’s a lot to do and think of when you start your company. We’ve got the nuts and bolts of things startups should think about right from the start. View this as a one-stop-shop to get critical information from a variety of individuals who will guide you in the early stages and help you get set up for success. We’ll address issues like equity to founders and employees, advisor relationships, payroll, protecting intellectual property, contracts, human resource issues, marketing, accounting, and more! It’s easy to get lost and overwhelmed. We’re here to help so you can raise money, grow your business, and sell (or acquire others) in the future. Doing it right from the start will pay dividends in the end.
